Assignments can be submitted to us through our website, by facsimile or telephone. For assignments by website, clients can create a user identification with password entry. With the user identification clients can enter a secure page wherein they enter relevant claim related information. Clients may post notes to the file at any time for review by Medina & Company staff. Medina & Company will also post notes from time to time for clients to view. When notes are posted, an email is sent to the other party.
